If you are a current shipper or a service requester with a transportation contract that will be subject to receiving notices and you have a functional E-mail address, you may designate an individual within your company as Security Administrator for access to the Customer Profile System (CPS). To appoint a Security Administrator, we ask that you complete and submit the following Security Administrator information. This will allow your company appointed Security Administrator to review and update your company's employee profile information (i.e., contact name, address, phone number and e-mail address) for each individual contact within your company.

Please keep in mind that your company appointed security administrator is responsible for ensuring that each individual's contact information is kept current. Changes to previously supplied information must be made using the on-line application and are therefore the responsibility of the security administrator to ensure the accuracy of the information provided within the Customer Profile System.
