  • Access to FGT Customer Activities Sign Up Form   This application form should be used to request access to Florida Gas Transmission Customer Activities website which includes Nominations, Flowing Gas, Invoicing, Capacity Release and Operational Data.

  • FGT - Request for Operator Choice Form   This form allows an operator to choose one of three methodologies to perform confirmations on FGT pipeline system. Please complete the form and fax to FGT Contract Administration at (713) 989-1150.

  • FGT - Operational Data Request Set-up Form   This application is for access to the FGT Operational Data on the web and is unique to each legal entity. to obtain access, complete the forms attached and return via fax to (713) 989-1196.
